PlastiPure

PlastiPure helps plastic product manufacturers and others to produce materials and products free of estrogenic activity (EA) so that they are safer. BPA and other chemicals with EA have been associated with serious health problems, especially among infants, small children, and pregnant women.

StarrGreen assisted PlastiPure by translating the company’s complex scientific testing methods and engineered solutions into articulate and easily understood, customer and consumer-focused messages. Koloa Rum

Hawaii, sugar cane and rum are synonymous, yet no rum was produced on Kauai, nor was there a destination distillery to appeal to the many tourists seeking to visist a distillery, and to purchase an authentic product to enjoy at home.

Working closely with Koloa Rum founders, StarrGreen wrote a persuasive and comprehensive business plan that raised substantial investor capital to start the venture. All aspects of the business were analyzed, including product, marketing, sales, finance, management team and exit strategy. StarrGreen also advised the founders regarding corporate and equity structure, and investor negotiations.

Phyterra Yeast

When a Canadian biotech startup prepared to enter the wine market with its innovative line of "designer" wine yeasts, they called on StarrGreen to build the business. Andy and his team provided all general management and business development services, including marekting, sales and field research support. He hired a stellar team of sales professtionals and scientists. Market development was done in the USA, Canada and Chile.
